NANA’S SWEET TOOTH CHOCOLATE FUDGE
3 ½ c. white sugar
3 ¾ c Nonuttin’ chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
1/2 c butter, margerine or non-dairy alternative
1 can evaporated milk (if you know a good non-dairy substitute for this, please let us know)
1 tsp vanilla
1 pkg. mini marshmallows (250g)
Line 13x 9 inch baking dish with waxed paper.
Lightly grease paper. In large saucepan, stir together sugar, evaporated milk & butter over med. heat until full boil.
Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips/chunks & vanilla until melted and blended.
Turn into prepared pan. Chill until set.
*As a variation, add some cherry chips. Yummy and very sweet – not for the faint of heart!
Makes 72 pieces. Can be frozen.
