No Bake Fudgy Oatmeal Cookies
No Bake Fudgy Oatmeal Cookies 

UNBAKED FUDGE OATMEAL COOKIES

1 c white sugar
1 c brown sugar
1/2 cup butter/non-dairy margarine
6 tbsp Nonuttin’ cherry fruit chips
1 c coconut (or try crushed cornflakes, note that they are not gluten free)
˝ c milk or non-dairy substitute
1 tsp vanilla
3 c quick oats (traditional or gluten free)
6 tbsp cocoa
 
Combine sugars, butter and milk in saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Cook 5 mins stirring constantly.
Have all other ingredients ready in large bowl.
Remove from heat, add vanilla.
Pour boiling mix over top. Mix well.
Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper.
Enjoy!

*Can be frozen.
