2 c. Nonuttin’ chocolate chips 1 c. Nonuttin' cherry chips 1 pkg cream cheese (or non-dairy substitute such as Tofutti) 1 c. chopped coconut (if allergic try crushed corn flakes or crushed graham wafers - note that they are not gluten free) 2 c. mini marshmallows
Melt chocolate chips in double boiler or microwave approx. 1 minute. Remove from heat and add cream cheese, marshmallows and cherry chips and blend thoroughly. Shape into balls and roll in coconut. Chill.
