2 ½ c flour (wheat or gluten free flours blend) 6 tbsp sugar 1 c butter or non-dairy Earth's Balance ¼-1/2 c Nonuttin’ cherry chips
In medium bowl combine flour and sugar. Using a pastry cutter, cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs and starts to cling. Form the mixture into a ball, and knead until smooth. Take ½ the ball and press into ungreased baking pan (8x8) Sprinkle Nonuttin’ cherry fruit chips over the surface. Take the other half of the ball and press it over the cherries until they are covered. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 mins or until centre is set. Cool, cut and enjoy!
