Bonus Reward Points
We'd like to say thanks for your return business by offering bonus points for your purchases. Earn 1 Bonus Point for every$20 you spend online (before taxes and shipping). Bonus points can be earned even when products are on sale, when using a coupon/egiftcertificate, or you've purchased enough products to receive free shipping!
This bonus program is for the online store only.
If you are having any problems with placing your order online, give us a call toll free at 1-866-714-5411 between 8:30 and 4:30 Monday through Thursday and Friday between 8:30 and 12:30 Pacific Time and we'll be happy to help walk you through. Please note that on orders combined with a friend, only the registered customer may receive the bonus points.
Once you have earned 20 bonus points ($400 Canadian in purchases), you may redeem them for an e-gift certificate worth $20 towards your next online purchase. The e-gift certificates are not redeemable for cash but may be used at any time on regular or sale priced products.
To redeem your 20 bonus points, log in, then click on the bonuses link on the left side menu in the shopping cart. Follow the directions and a $20 Canadian gift certificate number will be emailed to you for your next purchase. Or you can choose to send it to someone else.
When you want to use your gift certificate online, simply place your order and proceed to checkout. When you are prompted to indicate which payment method you'd like to use, click on gift certificate. You will then be prompted to enter your gift certificate number. Once the shopping cart credits you for your $20 gift certificate, you will then be prompted again for how you'd like to pay for the remainder of your invoice. You can then proceed to pay for the reduced amount in whichever way you choose.
